Dispatch Times

    UK and international orders

    • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only
    • We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays
    • You’ll receive email confirmation and tracking info via Shopify as soon as your order has been shipped
    • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch

    Dubai same day delivery

    • Orders placed and paid before 3:00PM Dubai time on a working day (Monday to Friday) are delivered the same day
    • Orders placed after 3:00PM, or on a Saturday or Sunday, are delivered the next working day
    • We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or UAE public holidays
    • If you order Via WhatsApp we’ll message you on WhatsApp with your delivery updates once your order is on its way.

    *It's From Blursday cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, especially for international orders, as customs clearance and local postal delays can vary.


    Customs, Duties & Import Fees

    • International orders are shipped from the UK. All shipping fees charged at checkout include customs duties, taxes, and import fees. 
    • Dubai orders are delivered from our stock in Dubai, so no customs fees apply.

    • Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout
    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after they’ve been handed to the courier
    • Be sure to watch for your dispatch confirmation email, which will include tracking details
