Returns

We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you'd like to return an item, please read our returns policy carefully before sending anything back.

 

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or store credit (see below for exclusions).

Shipping date must be within the 14 days also, any returns shipped over this date will be refunded with store credit. 


Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Hygiene sticker must be intact
  • All swing tags must be attached
  • Returned in the original BLURSDAY bag, this protects your items in transit. We are not liable for any items damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging.
  • Free from any marks, stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume, damage, or wear and tear. Returns showing such marks will be rejected.

We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear.


Non-Eligible Returns

We will not refund or accept items that:

  • Are returned damaged, marked, or in any condition different from how they were delivered
  • Are missing hygiene labels, tags, or original packaging
  • Do not comply with the above return guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.


Shipping & Fees

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • Please ensure your return is securely packaged, we are not liable for any damage in transit

Keep proof of postage until your return is confirmed as processed.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us before returning:

All items are inspected and signed off by two team members before dispatch. Faulty returns will be carefully checked for any signs of damage or tampering.


Return Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 7–10 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (unless store credit is applicable).
